The best whey powder is really from Jarrow Formulas. It is pharmaceutical grade, containers no artificial sweeteners or flavors, and certified free of pesticides, herbicides or antibiotics. Besides, it has the highest concentration of branchaed chain amino acids of any whey powder I’ve come across (4.6g BCAA per 23g serving). Use coupon code YAN312 to receive $5 off your order at online natural supplements store iherb. :)

  6. BojanKrkicone says:

Yep, right after. And protein at breakfast sometimes as well.

  7. biosciencekid says:

So, you take it After the workout?

  8. epf85 says:

I use whey protein from energy first. This protein is from grass fed cows and does not have artificial flavoring or fat. Yes it is more expensive but is healthier.

  9. Petulkos96 says:

I say you should not but you can buy alredy mixed blend of protein and creatine

  10. BojanKrkicone says:

Almost every protien on the market has sucralose. Its almost unavoidable. Gold standard has tonnes of awards, Ive never tried it, but Im sure its good. If you eat healthy at home, sucralose is no problem.

  11. BojanKrkicone says:

I do it, and I dont see a problem with it. People say to do all these take creatine 30 min after or whatever and protein after, something like that. I really dont care. So, take protein + creatine + dextrose in 1 shake after workout and youre good!

  12. epf85 says:

can i mix protein and creatine in the same shake??? anyone ??? thanks

It’s great for healing your body and gaining muscle which is important in loosing weight but these products are high calorie types as most people taking them are looking to gain weight. You should look out for the look for the low calorie type and and make sure you are consuming no more than 2500 or so calories per day and you will gain muscle and lose fat.

  14. 69Messifan says:

It’s hardly bad at all to anyone whos not a complete health freak. The only real downside is that it affects your appitite as he was saying. But I would say definitely don’t stop taking it because that product is very expensive.

  15. chillbabe104 says:

either that’s some extremely shitty protein, near overdue if not already, or u just completely bullshitting. think about it. which company owns enough gorillas to process their milk into a 20 pound powder jar at such a low price and also mass produce their product.

  16. BiggestBest92 says:

When I used to train in my teens, I took muscle Tech products and had good results. Why do you not take BSN,I thought they were the best when I was younger.
