Everything the Doctor says here is just fine. People living further North may find that 2000iu/daily isn't sufficient. Vitacost do a 4000iu/d that is probably fine but even some men may need to take 3 every 2 days to average 6000iu/daily.
If you work on 1000iu/daily for each 30bls your weigh that will probably work out about right.

Vitacost is great for all products EXCEPT their in-house brand, NSI. ALL RAW MATERIALS FOR NSI PRODUCTS ARE GROWN IN CHINA. Don't believe me? Call them and ask. And if that's not bad enough, they don't disclose this information in the product descriptions NOR will they allow you to leave a negative review of any NSI products. Wow!

unofficial sources have suggested that
this 4000 unit daily dose of vitamin d
is the best defense against seasonal
flu virus infection. the link is the lack of
sunlight exposure in the fall to spring.
megadoses of 400,000 units are given
for treatment of flu virus. clearly flu
vaccine is not specific to a current strain.
vitamin d3 at 4000 units daily taken 4-6
months of the year is a minor expense
compared to any prescription medication
and probably far more effective.

And it is God given natural, not man getting some chemicals together and mixing them up and so on and bang, lovely vaccine, this one we claim will stop such and such.
However some of these toxins do more harm than good.

So cheers for this, natural always the way to go.
Blessings, Lee.

UVA can cause skin cancer, it penitrates the skin 6x more then UVB. UVB is where you get the vitamin D from and I doubt anyone can ever get "too much". UVC is a germ killing UV, (about all I know about that one).

I eat fast food at least five times a week, and I'm nowhere near overweight. However, that doesn't mean I'm healthy, and I know what I'm doing to my body. I'm sure it will catch up eventually, but the people that sue? God, get some damn self control and take responsibility for yourself. You're not a baby anymore.
